Riding Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned at any point in new condition within 365 days of the original invoice date.

Products returned in new, store-bought condition are eligible for exchange, refund, or Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase.

Products returned that are unable to be returned to stock are eligible to receive Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for store credit.

Products returned beyond 365 days from the original invoice date may be eligible for partial store credit at the sole discretion of Riding Warehouse.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Overview

Please Note: Zilco "Standard/Arab" size is smaller than average horse size. These items will fit petite horses. "Oversize" fits horses that are significantly larger, including some drafts/draft crosses. These pieces are highly adjustable. Always compare the measurements provided to measurements of your horse or your horse's current halter to get a good fit.

Sizing: Available in two very adjustable sizes. The Standard Size Zilco Halter is often appropriate for Arabians, and smaller to average horse heads. This oversize version is available for larger horse heads. We highly recommend comparing the measurements offered below with your horse's current halter, to best determine which size your horse requires.

  • Throat latch: 33-50"
  • Nose Band: 27-32"
  • Strapping measures 1/2" wide.
  • More holes may be punched to adjust size smaller and excess material may be cut and the ends heat-sealed.

Comments: I've had my Zilco halters for more than a year now and they still look really sharp. I use my own bridles over the top of these for trail riding. The design is light and simple so it's good for that. I bought 2 in black for a classy look, and they look nice on both my grey Arab and my bay QH. If you aren't sure on the size, double check because even though I bought one of each size my Arab probably fits ideally in oversize as there is no room to spare in the smaller one - he has a big head for an Arab I guess. Most horsey people don't see halters like this so they are unique and I get nice comments from other boarders about the appearance. The material has a little sheen to it, but not glossy, and they just stay looking nice.
