Our unique Toklat WoolBack XL/Oversize All Purpose Triple Thick Contoured Saddle Pad is the perfect choice for your All-Purpose, Hunter Jumper, or English Endurance Saddle! The oversize dimensions of this pad are designed to accommodate the addition of saddlebags or other packing/trail gear to your saddle and keep it all on the saddle pad rather than directly on your horse's back!
Triple thick fleece adds a third layer of 1" fleece in the center of the pad - under the bars of your saddle, giving you additional concussion protection for your horse's back. On each side, beyond the triple thick fleece, there are two layers of fleece to create less bulk under your legs.

Machine wash with horse shampoo and cool water on gentle cycle and hang to air dry (no direct sun) or tumble/fluff dry (no heat).

Woolback® virgin knit-wool fleece is resilient, durable pile material offering superior moisture wicking and heat dispersal with high breathe-ability, concussion protection and comfort. Woolback fleece is natural white in color.
Triple Thick Fleece - offers a third layer of fleece on the interior of the pad, underneath your saddle seat, providing additional support and protection to ensure your horse stays comfortable during those long hours on the trail.
- Natural - Virgin wool fibers provide comfort for your horse - wool is considered by the medical profession to be hypoallergenic.

Comments: FINALLY an AP saddle pad that is big enough and actually stays in place on long trail rides! I have tried so many different English, Western, and Endurance pad configurations and every single one of them shifted; some more than others, but they all had to be adjusted at some point during a ride. I love to trail ride in my comfy jumping saddle, but I still want my QH to be as protected as possible. Enter this Toklat Woolback. I am beyond happy with this pad, I have been using it for about three months now. I regularly ride for miles over rugged terrain, and I'm telling you this pad has been through a LOT. The natural wool is durable, really wicks a ton of moisture, and is easy to keep clean. It compresses nicely underneath the girth/billet juncture and doesn't cause pinching or rubbing there. This "oversize" pad is actually just the right size to stay put with good wither relief. The sweatflap straps which so many other endurance pads lack are the key to my entire setup working so we ll! The fact that it is splendidly classy looking with my havana leather English saddle and my white horse is just a bonus. I think I am going to order a spare pad so that I will always have one in rotation.
