Big D Sussex Lite Waterproof Turnout Blanket 100G
Overview
Engineered to provide the perfect fit, the Big D Sussex Waterproof Turnout Blanket in 100G was tailored to keep your equine companion comfortable throughout the winter season. With a new and exclusive design, this blanket features smooth interior seams with wide shoulder gussets to provide snug comfort without lumps or bumps to rub off shoulder hair. To prevent sagging, velcro closures and double logo buckles keep the blanket right where it's supposed to be while fleece lining at the withers provides cushioning and shields against hair loss from rubbing. For ultimate durability, double sewn, heat treated seams and rear darts prolong longevity so you won't have to purchase a new blanket every season. With waterproof DuPont™ Teflon® fabric protection to repel the worst elements, the material is still breathable so your horse can run, buck, and play while remaining comfortable and cool!

Comments: My 15.2 hh friesian and I really like this blanket. It is soft, not a stiff canvas and conforms to his big shoulders, broad, short back very nicely. The wither gussets allow for easy front leg movement and the drop length wraps mostly under his belly. The important piece is that the cut comes over the top of his withers so the blanket does not cut down into the sensitive areas. I could not be happier. Oh, and we have had heavy rain and he is dry. Did I mention he prefers to stand outside in the pouring rain?
