Priority Mail International:
Available for orders to Canada and Australia that are under $150 USD and under 10lbs. Deliveries normally take from 7-14 business days.

Priority Mail Express International:
Available for orders under $200 USD. Deliveries normally take from 7-10 business days.

Both services offer tracking via the United States Postal Service web site www.usps.com. The information offered is very limited. However, it does show when your package arrives in your locale, which is helpful for estimating delivery times.

Available for all international orders. Deliveries take from 1-3 business days. UPS offers a comprehensive tracking system via their website www.ups.com.

Additional Taxes/Fees: Riding Warehouse charges no additional taxes; however, you will be responsible for all customs, handling fees, duties and/or taxes imposed by the country of delivery. These additional fees change often and are unique for each customer, so Riding Warehouse strongly suggests contacting your local post/customs office for more information.

Frequently Asked Ordering Questions

Are there any ordering restrictions? You may order all items shown on our online catalogue; however, items shipped directly from the manufacturer and items that cannot be air shipped may only ship within North America. Supracor pads may not be shipped to Scandanavia (Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway). If you would like to order an item that is not found on our website please email our friendly sales staff for price and availability.

How can I order? You may order via our secure online ordering system or you may send your order request via email or fax. Our Customer Service Department is open for phone orders 7 days a week. You may call Monday through Friday between 7am PST and 5:30pm PST, Saturday between 9am PST and 5:30pm PST, and Sunday between 10am PST and 4pm PST. How can I pay? You may pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. We also accept International Money Orders (in US funds) and Wire Transfers. Please contact our International Department for more details regarding International Money Orders and Wire Transfer payments. Please note that Riding Warehouse may require additional information from you before we can process your order.

What happens if I don’t receive my package? All of our international shipments are covered by insurance that guarantees that Riding Warehouse will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

What if something doesn’t fit or I change my mind? You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Riding Warehouse. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. Saddles and bits must be in like-new condition with all original tags and packaging. Riding Warehouse will refund the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.

Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties? There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges? You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. Riding Warehouse strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Riding Warehouse cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

What happens if I refuse or abandon my order? Riding Warehouse cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned. You will also be charged for any unpaid customs, duties, and/or taxes, as well as return shipping costs.

Are there any ship to prohibitions? Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Riding Warehouse will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel. If it is necessary, Riding Warehouse will ship to the above locations, however, once tracking shows the package was delivered Riding Warehouse will no longer be responsible and credit cannot be given.
