The Zilco Replacement Hackamore Noseband is a perfect replacement piece or upgrade for any hackamore noseband. Constructed from the synthetic Zilco material we know and love and combined with neoprene waffle padding, this noseband can be adjusted with the center conway buckle for a perfect fit.

Zilco began in 1962 as a small factory in Sydney (Australia), making lightweight racing products from revolutionary synthetic materials. Zilco's famous synthetic strapping is made from specially woven webbing that is coated in a co-polymer. This strong strapping retains its flexibility over a large temperature range and has great resistance to abrasion, tearing and cracking. The strapping will not wick moisture like other synthetic materials so the coating won’t split or open. These products have a wonderful ease of maintenance you will appreciate.
Care Instructions:
Zilco is incredibly easy to maintain, you can simply clean in a bucket of soapy water, rinse, and hang to dry.

Comments: Back before you could buy the Zilco noseband separately, I bought the whole hack JUST so I could have the noseband. It's the best one I've ever found. Soft, FLEXIBLE (doesn't stick on the sides like wings beta and biothane do), and perfect adjustable length.
