DisappointedMaybe it was the batch that mine came from, but the gasket was not tight enough for the syringe to pull liquid in and hold it. The electrolyte paste I made would dribble out before even being out of the cup. Glad these weren't expensive.

Comments: A must have - so many uses I have used these syringes for several years. They area must have for administering a crushed bute tab, powdered electrolytes, SMZ pills etc. On endurance rides they are great for giving a horse small amounts of water when they aren't drinking well.

Comments: This syringe was a lifesaver for me when I had to not only crush pills but then try to feed them to my horse, twice a day. So easy to use, I just put the pills in first, turned the handle and it crushed the pills with ease! No more using a hammer and zip lock bag. After I crushed the pills, I put the catheter tip under the sink and added a little water. The thumb loop really helps when administering the meds. It’s so much easier to push the syringe while in the horse’s mouth and holding the lead rope all at the same time! They are so easy to clean too, I just rinse under the sink, it doesn’t clog. At this price, I bought a few and filled one with applesauce, just so my horse doesn’t get sour to administering meds.
