Especially beneficial for stabilizing the saddle for riders needing more back support and compensating for horse conformation problems, the Ortho-Impact inserts feature a 3/8" layer of high-density Extreme Pro Poron® XRD™ foam to minimize concussion over a 1/2" layer of medium density viscoelastic foam offering stabilizing support for both horse and rider.

Poron® XRD™ with Microban® antimicrobial protection is high-performance open-cell foam that absorbs 90% of impact energy from the rider and saddle on the horse's back, as well as minimizing the energy bounce back as the rider lands in the saddle; thus allowing for a more stable, comfortable seat for both horse and rider. The supporting layer of medium density viscoelastic foam offers additional cushioning protection without restricting range of motion.
