Tie Safe Velcro Breakaway Horse Trailer Tie

Our Price: $13.95 MSRP: $15.95 - You Save: $2.00

The Tie Safe Breakaway Horse Trailer Tie features the same great patented Velcro design that 'breaks' apart under a panic load as the Tie Safe Cross Tie. When your horse pulls back, the short end of the hook and loop stays with the horse and the remaining long section stays connected to the wall or post. Just catch your horse and put the tie back together!

Fantastic for hitching posts and trailers, this versatile tie strap doesn't have the 'snap-back' danger of a stretchy tie and features a panic snap at one end and a solid brass trigger snap at the other.

  • Patented Velcro Release Design
  • Safe, Dependable & Versatile
  • Adjustable with No Snap-Back Danger
  • Quick-Release Panic Snap Connects to Halter
  • Solid Brass Trigger Snap Connects to Wall/Trailer

Size: Adjusts from 29" - 34" in Length. 1" Width.

Comments: I purchased these for my trailer over a year ago and only yesterday did I get to see the velcro release in action when a gelding came barreling back down the ramp when unloading. The tie performed exactly as expected (velcro pieces separated) and no humans or equines were injured.

Comments: I just bought one of these to see what it was like. Fantastic. Panic snap at one end and the other Velcros for safety if they get hung up. I need to buy two more now!

Comments: Great for horses that pull back or as a safety feature. I like it better than other safety ties because: if the horse pulls back, no need to buy a new one and if the horse gets loose, a short lead is still attached - long enough to grab them by, but not long enough to get caught in anything and no heavy hardware bang around on the horse.
