General guidelines for dosage:
Actual amount needed will depend on the level of exercise, stress, temperature, and humidity. Be sure your horse is drinking 8-10 gallons of water a day. Feed with your horse's daily grain ration each day; if your horse is getting 3-4 oz per day, it is recommended that the electrolytes be divided into separate feedings. Recommended dosage varies with level of training and environment; approximately 80 1oz servings per bucket.
