Overview
The ECP Correction Half Pad with Removable Memory Foam Inserts allows a customizable fit to provide the exact support your horse needs to improve saddle fit, comfort, and overall performance.
The exclusive ECP Correctional Shim system provides four separate pockets (one rear and one front pocket on each side) that each contains three separate memory foam shims that are specifically contoured for specialized rear and front support and corrective balancing.

Insert Sizes:
Each pocket holds three separate memory foam inserts, which can be removed or added individually for a customizable fit for your horse! The thickest insert is just under half an inch and the two thinner inserts together are just over a quarter of an inch; altogether, the three inserts add about three quarters of an inch. Including the pad itself, the total thickness is 1½ inches.
Design & Materials:
The ECP Air Ride Technology offers a multi-layer system to optimize heat transfer, moisture management and supportive protection and comfort. The top and bottom fabric layers are constructed from breathable CoolMax® material and reinforced with Dupont Teflon® for long-lasting repelling of dirt, oils, stains and water.
The high-compression thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) foam core dissipates and absorbs impact to protect and support the muscles along the horse's back while the perforated design provides optimal heat transfer for an immediate cooling effect. Waterproof and antimicrobial, TPE foam is environmentally friendly and recyclable.

Comments: I just received this pad in the mail, havenËt even had it on my horse yet, and I can already say I LOVE it! Most that I find are too short and end up with the back underneath the panel and this is already clearly long enough! I love the memory foam shims and the construction is SOLID! The Velcro on the billet tabs is very nice too, and all the stitching seems solid and high quality!

Comments: LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this half pad. I've gone through a ton of the other expensive half pads and have never had a half pad work as well as this one! For one, it’s great if you have to ride multiple horses, all you have to do is either take out some of the inserts or keep a couple or all-in. Can't say enough good things about this half pad.

Comments: This pad has been perfect for my senior gelding who has some atrophy and extremely high, long withers and a curvy back. His saddle fits, but is a hair wide, and that combined with his withers was causing it to slip back. This pad added just enough padding and fills in the hollows behind his scapula so that he can continue building more of a toppling. I was also having a hard time finding a quality pad at a competitive price that would fit under his saddle, and this one fits great - his saddle is 17.5" with very forward flaps and wide rear panels, and other pads ended up with the edges under the panels causing pressure points. A great pad at a great price!

Comments: Received the ECP correction half pad yesterday and spent a fair amount of time adjusting the memory foam pads to better balance my saddle. It is easy to use!! My horse has big hollows behind his withers and this pad filled them in nicely! I was concerned about shifting of the padding but everything stayed in place, love it! I ordered a custom saddle for my horse, but it did not fit right when it arrived. Comments: Very well made, sturdy, and easy to shim. I love the wither relief, and the pad stayed right in place and did its job of lifting and supporting my saddle in the right place. I bought the dressage shim pad and cut off the excess because it was on sale... I really wish I had just bought the half pad instead, my sewing machine couldn't go through such durable fabric and thick quilting!
