Hand comfortI am an older rider, and I suffer from lack of grip. This whip offers me the correct hand position and comfort, due to the gel. One negative: after a while, the gel slips down from constant use. But by then it is time for a new one, and it's not a problem since this is inexpensive!

Comments: I love this whip! Easy to hang on, has just the right stiffness. I have a couple if cons; the threads covering the rubber lash don't last long - maybe 1 - 2 months. I ride one horse 3 times per week and only use it to tap him, when needed. The rubber handle split open in my tack locker. The slit in the handle was so small, I didn't notice it. Boy does that gel make the reins slippery! I spent 2 or 3 rides changing gloves, trying to figure out what happened to my grip! Now I'm off to buy a couple more!

Comments: This dressage whip is an excellent choice for schooling. It's well-balanced, the gel grip is comfortable, and it's inexpensive enough that you won't be sad if it falls in the dirt.
